WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

If your item has been unfortunately damaged in transit, we ask that you return it to us and we will send out a replacement immediately.  Please let us know if you have received a damaged item by contacting us at hello@lyndathairdressing.ie , Once we have confirmed your email, you can follow the link below for further instructions.

Please return any such item with a copy of your invoice using the Returns Pal App, following the link below.

Lynda T Hairdressing recommends that all returns are sent via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items.

Please contact our orders department at hello@lyndathairdressing.ie before returning anything so we can advise you on steps to take and organise refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT I RECEIVE?

Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. We guarantee a money back refund without question if you are dissatisfied in any way. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of notice given and notice accepted. The item must be received back as new, unused, unopened and in re-saleable condition.

If you are returning a product which is outside of the 7day period from when you received your order store credit will be issued.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All our deliveries are delivered by AN POST, we have a standard delivery which is 1-3 days and Express which is next day delivery, if order is received during normal working week. Orders received Friday evenings or weekend will be processed the following Monday. All orders received before 11am (Monday to Friday) will be shipped that day if the item ordered is in stock.

Please note that during busy periods delivery time may be longer than stated above.

If your order has not arrived within the suggested time, please contact us on hello@lyndathairdressing.ie and we will get back to you with an update.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped you can then track your order at track.anpost.ie.

IMPORTANT: Please include your order number on ALL correspondence to ensure prompt service.
